3rd Coast Diesels

3rd Coast Diesels on East University Drive in McKinney is a diesel engine repair shop that mostly sees pickups such as Ford 6.7 and Cummins-powered trucks, with some commercial trucks too. It is rated 4 stars across 35 Google reviews, and opinions are sharply divided. Satisfied customers describe knowledgeable staff, same-day turnaround and extra fixes at no added charge. Several others report unfinished work, long delays on engine rebuilds and poor follow-up, so reading recent reviews first is worthwhile. The shop is open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, closed weekends, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance.
